An all-encompassing warmth, peace and quiet, devoting yourself completely to sheer indulgence – now that is the true relaxation in which you can wallow in our well-appointed wellness area. In addition to a spacious Finnish sauna heated to 90° C, it is also equipped with a bio sauna with automatic infusion heated to 60° C, relaxing experience showers and a circulation bench with fireplace.

And before you go, our Quiet Room awaits you with gloriously comfortable relaxation loungers and a snuggle bed to sink into. As this relaxation room also has a library, you can also use it as a daytime rest area for a temporary retreat. Of course, refreshments are also served here: At our tea and juice bar you will always find a selection of fresh, invigorating and healthy drinks and wholesome snacks.

Our gym may not be big, but with its high-performance equipment it still cuts quite a fine figure. We have gone for quality not quantity, with carefully selected cutting-edge equipment from Technogym, catering to all your training needs. A BLACKROLL is available for your fascial training, and sling training belts for your whole-body exercises. Weights, yoga mats and a gymnastics ball are also on hand. And, of course, our gym comes equipped with a TV. Come in & work out!

Are you passionate swimmers? Then take your pick from a number of public indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the area. Whether you want to do a few lengths, keep up your endurance training or take a relaxing dip, there is something for everyone. With indoor and outdoor pools, a wave pool, whirlpool, massage beds and water games, the Erlebnistherme Zillertal offers thermal baths, adventure and fun for the whole family. We can also warmly recommend the Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen water park!
