Plenty of wood, harmonious colours and an elegant mix of fabrics have been used to decorate the rooms that are waiting to welcome you and make you feel at home with us. It is especially important to us that you leave the stress behind and enjoy your precious holidays to the full. And so that you have more time for the finer things in life, you can leave the daily cleaning of your room to us. After all, we are an apartment hotel with a hotel service! Breakfast is included in the price of our single rooms, double rooms, double rooms XL and suites. If you are staying in one of our apartments, you are, of course, welcome to book your breakfast as well.

Booking information

arrival & departure

  • Check-in: from 15 h - please give us notice when you would arrive earlier. You can leave your luggage with us and change to enjoy the slopes right away!
  • Check-out: until 10.30 h - according to availability you can stay in your room later (please do get the bill settled one evening prior to departure).
  • Parking: We have ample free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, you can also find our three e-auto-charching station here. 

Price policy

  • All prices are given in Euro.
  • The prices for the single and double rooms and suites are per person and day including breakfast.
  • The apartment prices are per apartment and day (without extra beds and breakfast), excluding final cleaning fee.
  • In addition there is a tourist tax of € 2,60 per person (from 15 years) and day.

Payment

  • We are happy to accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. Please remember that you may have a daily limit. Of course, you are also welcome to pay your bill in cash or by advance bank transfer. We ask our guests to settle the bill one evening prior to departure.
  • General Terms and Conditions: For legally valid rental contracts, the provisions of the general hotel contract conditions apply. (ÖHVB). We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: European Travel Insurance. You can take out this directly when booking (incl. helicopter rescue). Otherwise our cancellation policy applies.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation: there is no charge up to 31 days before arrival, between 30 and 15 days before arrival 30%, between 14 and 7 days before arrival 60% and in the last week before arrival 100% of the package price is due.
  • Terms and conditions: For our agreement the terms of the General Hotel Contract Conditions. (ÖHVB) apply. We recommend you take out travel insurance European travel insurance.It can be taken out directly at the time of booking (incl. helicopter rescue). Otherwise, our cancellation policy applies.

Hotel accommodation

  • Parking: we have ample free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Here you can also find our three e-car-charging stations
  • Lifts and the bus stop are reachable on foot
  • WIFI: free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the hotel.
  • Our apartments are fully equipped incl. bed linen, towels, dishwashing liquid and tabs, sponge and dish towels. On grounds of hygiene, we have decided not to provide any open food (sugar, salt or pepper).
  • Wellness: as our guest you are free to use our wellness area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, tea corner and towels. If you require bathrobes and slippers, they can be borrowed for a laundry fee of € 5.00.
  • Pizzeria Platzl and miniM Supermarkt in-house
  • Extra beds are possible in all categories except single rooms. Please see our price list for more information. Discount for children you can find under the item "Kids & Teens".

delightfulness

  • Breakfast: from 07.30 til 09.30 h. Off course it is possible to enjoy our breakfast when you booked an apartment. Please let us know the previous evening | Breakfast in your room or apartment | Prices: adults € 19.- per person and day and children untill the age of 14 years old pay € 9
  • BBQ on your own balcony € 10 per evening
  • Pizzeria Platzl: open from 17 - 21.30 h with happy hour from 17 - 18 h for alle pizzas just € 9.9!

Kids & Teens

  • Discounts: children from 0 - 2 years: free of charge | 3 - 6 years: 50 % | 7 - 14 years: 30 % based on 2 full-paying guests in a double room
  • Baby package with cot | wet wipes | nappy bucket | changing mat | high chair and baby monitor via WIFI for € 10 per day

Various

  • Dogs: your dog is welcome at the Dorfplatzl. A cleaning fee of € 15.00 per day will be charged.
  • Smoking: all rooms & apartments are non-smoking. Of course, you can smoke on the balcony.
